I have just finished using the app for a whole month and I get the same result "proceso inconcluso por falta de inactividad en la applicacion" this happens once I have uploaded all images, documents, typed other requirements and have selected to be with accordance of the CLABE and terms and privacy policies, also the password." I am now sending an email with all the specifications of my smart phone. It is stressing you can add a data sheet specification of the app for installation purposes

it is absolute garbage! Its extremly fifficult to take the pictures and then fail to send them every time. When you finaly succed (once in a trillion timed). It turs out your images have insufficien quality. It could hsrfly get worst!
